Review: 07/26/2024- I initially scheduled an appointment online for 9am via the website but on the day of my appointment for a wheel alignment, it was not in their computer system. I rescheduled for a 7 am appointment . When I arrived on Friday at 6:45 am, so did five other customers. Once the doors opened, customers were seen at the counter. I suppose my only concern is when Midas tells walk-ins to wait within a 1-2 hour; that could potentially cause other time sensitive concerns. Myself and another lady needed our cars serviced so we could be someplace else by 9:30 am. Okay! I made it out of Midas just in the Knick of time to get to my next stop by 9:30 am. Whew! That was a close call. Not sure I like or understand the two way communication of (1) make an appointment or (2) come in by 7 am and hang around until a tech can get to you. Ummm 🤔 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔Thank Midas for my first time visit bring okay and for honoring my $20 off store coupon!

Review: I got there at 9 am and spoke to someone by 9:04 am. I know that my car takes full synthetic oil he told me it would be $80 I said okay cool. Then he also said it will be 45 minutes it wasn’t 45 minutes I didn’t leave out until after 11:00 plus it was $120 I said you should have told me first that it will that it was going to be $120 then I would have not agreed to wait that long period the lady threw my keys at me because I said I’m not paying that he told me $80.

Review: This place takes hours just to get an oil change. Then after waiting for more then an hour they told me they was waiting on the specific oil my car takes. Smh these guys need to get it together. Also their prices fluctuate, they changed their price on me twice. I will not go back nor recommend.

Review: Called for oul change appointment. Was instrux to cone early Thursday morning when open. Arrived @7 . Was greeted by Mr. Ivan, the manager with a pleasant smile, friendly and professional mannerisms. The place was very clean and organized. Refreshments were offeredYou can actually see the service being performed. Before the service is done. They will escort you into the bay area and discuss their findings and recommendations.Kevyn ,the service technician, gathered my car and provided outstanding service.I was very pleased, to say the least. This was the second visit here, and I will definitely return gladly ☺️
