Review: Mr. Muffler in Waldorf provides great service. I am so glad my dear friend recommended this place. I went to a couple of Auto Repair shops who dismissed my concern or misdiagnosed my auto problem. Matt was very friendly, responsive and honest. The Mechanic promptly tested my car, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I will bring my car to Mr. Muffler and tell my family and friends about it. Review: Serious Service Disappointment: Lack of Communication and DelayI scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM, but my car wasn’t seen or moved from its spot all day. By 45 minutes before closing, I called to find out about my car; otherwise, I would have been without it until Monday.Throughout the day, there was no communication about why my appointment wasn’t honored. When I finally called, the clerk’s passive tone and lack of explanation were frustrating. All I got was a casual apology with no effort to resolve the situation.While I’m relieved to have my car back, this experience seriously undermined my trust in their customer service. Clear communication and respecting appointment times are crucial for customer satisfaction, especially for important services like vehicle repairs.I hope improves their communication and service reliability in the future to avoid disappointing customers like myself.

Review: I had called Mr. Muffler Auto Care on a Wednesday to find out if they could fabricate my Mother’s muffler on the truck due another part being welded to the muffler, and the GMC dealer discontinuing the muffler. Matt, was extremely helpful and said with hesitation they could fix it. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 8:00 am. We had the truck there by 8 am. Matt and his technician looked at the vehicle and came back within 10 minutes to tell us the length of time and cost for the service. Matt’s team was able to complete the work within an hour! I would recommend Mr Muffler Auto Care to anyone. They are reliable, professional and highly skilled at what they do. I would give them 10 stars.
