Review: I came here to have a battery installed. I was told they wouldn’t install it if I didn’t purchase the battery from them. I said “ok” and gave the man my car specs with the additional information that the battery is difficult to get to which is why Advance Auto Parts couldnt install it. I was given the price of $290. I agreed and stepped outside to let my ride know the situation. I came back in the store to finalize the purchase and the man says “it’ll be $343.” I asked what happened in the 90 seconds I stepped outside. I was told he had to add on for installation. He and I went back and forth about the discrepancy until I finally just left and went to National Tire and Battery. They were very polite, stuck to the price THEY gave me, and got me back on the road. I used to come here for years for my car needs but in the last few years it feels like I’m being taken advantage every time I’ve come. This was my LAST attempt at this Mr. Tire.

Review: I made a appointment to get purchase a spare tire on Friday, My, 19, 2024. My appointment wad scheduled for 8:00 am on Monday, July 22, 2024. I arrived for my 8:00 am and was checked in and asked to have a seat. I heard other customers arriving and the heard the man at the front desk tell customer, ” The Service Technician that does Maryland Inspections called out this morning.”. A male customer told the front desk man ” Why didn’t you call me and that was unprofessional of you.” The Technician tried, ” The technician just called out this morning.”. I went to the front desk to inquire when would I be able to purchase a skate tire?”. The man at the front desk I formed me, ” Your wait will be there hours since we only have one technician and the other technician called it this morning.” I had to leave to go to work di xe I waited an hour before being td the technician called out. It wAs such a an inconvenience for me and I had made an appointment.

Review: Technician toke my truck and after 2.5 hrs and long time seating in my truck with engine on looks like on the phone, came out just to say he can’t do an alignment, and give been crazy excuses thinking that is the first truck or time I do alignments.
