Review: Total bad experience! I called to try and get an emergency flat repair one hour before the shop was scheduled to close. Of course I was told it was too late for a simple patch job! I scheduled foolishly came in first thing in the morning,7:30, which is the posted schedule time. No one showed up until 7:50. To make an already stressful and bad situation worse, I was told I had to wait on a mechanic to arrive to work. At 8:40, I was told no one could reach the mechanic and sorry for the time loss. If folks can’t be responsible enough to show up to work and actually care about their customers, how can they be responsible enough to work on a vehicle? This place used to be my place to get simple things done, but unfortunately this establishment is dead! I will never step foot or back here after over a decade of quality service. Someone needs to buy them out and give the community a better option to get a simple tire repair.

Review: Staff seemed to not care slot. The mechanic was more interested in his phone than answering my questions. My service also took over 3hrs. I had a tire replacey of four tires and a wheel alignment. it seems that the shop was shortstaffed, and that the service could’ve been done quicker. If there was more person now one of the mechanics walked out of the service center multiple times when I finally realize he was working on a whole other vehicle besides mine.

Review: Terrible experience, took our car to get a new tire and it needed a few other repairs. We pick our car up and turn right around because it sounded like something was coming through the floorboard. Upon bringing it back, the mechanic said if we wanted him to look at it today we would have to pay for another diagnostic because he was “too busy doing side work”. They need better mechanics and management. Needless to say we will never take our vehicles here again.

Review: Had a tire patched. Walked in and only waited about 45 min. Service Tech was fast and Manager was nice too. My only negative feedback is that they need new furniture in the waiting area. Mr. Tire: Get those people in that store some new chairs in the waiting area. It looks like junk furniture!! When people are paying hundreds of dollars for service it could look better, and customers should be comfortable while waiting for long periods of time. Stop neglecting the need for upkeep at that store!! Other wise I had a good experience.
