Review: Amazing experience today. It’s not that they corrected a brake job that was done incorrectly, they took the time to listen. Vince, an amazing mechanic, came out to talk to me after doing a test drive. He said the problem I had with the brake the previous mechanic botched the job almost never happens. Nevertheless, he took his time and got it right. I am forever grateful to Vince for taking care of Betty (my car). 😂

Review: I had to replace tires.The staff was very helpful, and friendly, service was fast! I immediately told a few folks about them, and within an hour another family member received auto service from Mr. Tire. If you need auto services make one stop to Mr. Tire and you will be a forever customer! They know what they are doing and they listen to hear your concerns! Period

Review: Great experience. I had an 8 am appointment, arrived early and the car was pulled back for an oil change. I’ve had my tires serviced for almost 2 decades at this location on multiple vehicles. Pleasant and professional gentleman at the front desk. Short wait time. I’ll be back for car maintenance and tire service.

Review: This is about the Clinton, MD location only. I wish I had gotten the man’s name but I did not. I made an appointment online at 9:14 AM for 9:30 to purchase 4 new tires. I received an instant confirmation by text an email. When I arrived, I politely spoke, mentioned my appointment, and immediately received a smart-mouthed response. The staff member said “you don’t make a doctor appointment and show up in 10 minutes do you?” The problem I have is that if the time is no longer available, it should not show as such on the website. He said he had no control over that. Well sir, that’s not my problem. Sounds like an operations problem to me. But what you do have control over is your mouth. I purchased my tires from PepBoys 30 minutes later. No appointment needed and the service was excellent.
