Review: Coming from out of state, I really didn’t know what to expect from Mr. Tire, but I liked the pricing better than other shops around me, and the people seemed much more customer service forward, friendly, and like I could actually trust them. I came here for the first time a year and a half ago when I hit a pothole and ended up with bubbles in two tires. They took care of me quickly, and I got the warranty. A year and a half later it was time to relinquish my other two tires and I came back. Laurie was most helpful on Wednesday when I came and keeps a lovely smile on her face. She helped me find two tires that were comparable since the two I’d originally bought were on back order, and I also got the warranty this time as well.When I came back on Thursday for the installation, Jason helped me beyond my needs. Work kept me well past when I was supposed to arrive, but he assured me even though others had arrived that they would get me in still. They unfortunately did not have the alignment guy that late anymore, so Jason apologized and rescheduled that part, but took care to make sure I was comfortable while I waited in the shop for at least the tires. He even gave me non-pushy, genuine advice about my brakes, helping me set a realistic timeline for them as opposed to the other shop that just wanted the immediate sale and wouldn’t give me data. When I came back for the rescheduled appointment, he recognized me immediately, and even though I had already checked in with someone else, he still came to the waiting room to give me the update and let me know what was going on, making sure I was good. Grade A Service, and I couldn’t be happier
