Review: It was a Great Experience for the most part, even though I could not get my tire fixed/ replaced. I was there at the shop at 3:45pm, and I had registered my fleet element card. I was waiting until 5minutes until 6pm, when they closed. Thanks to Rowan Bowman, Jalen Gilmore, and Ennis Neal, who assisted me and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate the help of these nice and caring individuals. I will return soon, when I get a chance to replace my tire. I am super proud of these 3 workers for all they’ve done to help me. They all work tirelessly with no breaks and they all deserve a raise.They are an asset to NTB establishment, and when I return, I expect to hear good news about these three great workers that you have. They deserve better.Thank you.

Review: I visited this shop the other day and was greeted by the women that works there. I was very pleased to see a woman for filling a so-called man’s job. She was knowledgeable and had Excellent customer service skills. I also looked around at all the other employees and they all seem to have a pleasant disposition. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends from this point on. If I could rate this shop higher I would. Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to working with this group of professionals again.

Review: From beginning to end the experience was great! I had a 8am appt to have an ordered tire replaced, I was on an extremely tight schedule and they had me back on the road by 9:30! The manager was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism will bring me back for other services! Great team!

Review: The people at Bowie NTB were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I went in to ask a question about my brakes and left with an abundance of knowledge. Not just about my brakes, but also about my car. I have used them multiple times before for tires, oil changes etc…and never had any issues. I highly recommend this service center.

Review: Never again! Made an 11am appointment for a tire repair and waited over 2 hours!! For a repair?! My car wasn’t pulled back until I asked for my keys back. Then I could see the tech leave my car in the air for over 10 minutes while he walked away. Another lady waited over an hour for them to tell her they couldn’t find the tires she ordered. The whole place is a mess. I won’t be back
