Review: I called to schedule maintenance for my VW Golf because of the issues I was experiencing. Mr. James got me on the same day and quickly figured out why I had that issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making this VW service stand out. I was happy with my visit and could recommend it to others.

Review: Terrible Customer Service. Last year they had better staff working at this location. I went to get service done to my vehicle approximately one month ago. When I walked inside the store no one greeted me. My check engine light came on so, I wanted to know what was the issue. After dropping my vehicle off the tech called me back advising they cleared the check engine light off my mistake. When I went to pick up my vehicle the front desk guy told me to bring it back another day. Not to mention this was my only day off. Total disregard for my time! Hope they get better more professional staff because unfortunately this dealership is the only one close by.

Review: The staff at the staff at Ourisman Volkswagen are all truely amazing!They are are a very pleasant group!Thank you to Wayne and Meagan for always taking an extra step to keep me informed about my vehicle!06/11/24I’m back 3 months later and this time I had the pleasure of having James Martin as my Service Advisor. I don’t know what qualifications Ourisman Volkswagen requires to be a service advisor but they are very knowledgeable and their customer service skills is phenomenal!My vehicle was there for about 2 weeks and I never had to call to get the status of the repair. I heard from James every other day to let me know what their progression was.Every service department should have great customer service but I can honestly say Ourisman Volkswagen of Waldorf is the best thus far!Keep up the great work and thank you!

Review: Had a deal agreed upon on a Friday . Called the salesman on Saturday morning to see if the same deal was in place , and was told yes . I started into a 4 hour drive only to find they raised the price of the new GTI by over 4k from what we agreed upon the previous day . I guess they were going to wait til I had the paperwork in hand and ready to sign too …. Glad I demanded it before finishing my trip . You’ve been warnedP.S. Review: James Martin. James was the epitome of support and service. James always referred to me as “Mr. Richardson,” even as I expressed that it was not necessary. He provided constant updates about status and what to expect. As my service was recall related, he had arranged for me to receive a loaner vehicle to reduce any inconveniences that I may experience. I truly felt like a VIP during the visit, as I always do with James. He has become my reason for visiting Ourisman Volkswagen.This visir was especially improved from my arrival when another technician, Paul, arrived to favor another customer who decided to approach the door before the opening time of 7:30a. I guess the guy knew Paul and called him, but Paul arrived and walked around with an overall frustrated attitude once the doors were open. How did that affect my visit? Paul not only catered to an impatient customer, but he seemed to make a point of addressing other waiting customers individually, except me. He also proceded to only pace back and forth around the place and harassing the other techs on duty bringing an overall negative vibe to the room. James’ pleasantness fully restored the experience. Please inform Paul that being a manager or whatever does not place him in a role where his frustrations can overflow to other customers, even when his preferred customers are frustrated. The door wsan’t open because the shop wasn’t open. Get it together and be respectful.
