Review: I first went here August 2023 to get my brakes fixed. I ended up spending $1600 on rear brake pads, rotors and a caliper and when I left brakes were squeaking. I assumed they were because they were new brakes but 5 months went by and I was still hearing it so I went back because of the warranty. This time they told me my other brake pads in the front were low so I got them changed along with rotors so I spent over $700. I drove off the lot and same issue but I thought this time after explaining they would get it right. 5 months later I ended up going to a new shop because I no longer trusted them and they had to redo my pads in rotors in the front. Also, they stripped the bolts so I was charged more at the new place (they worked with me) for their sloppy work. I basically had to take my car to a mechanic 3 times in less than 11 months and twice for the front brakes. Never again will I go back to them.

Review: Manufacturer Recommended Service was great and much more reasonable and enjoyable an experience than at the dealer! The auto technicians are experts in auto mechanics. The waiting room is a comfortable place to wait, but you can walk to a McDonald’s in seconds if you so choose. Everything is explained, and every question is answered. The appointment time is honored. In and out in a reasonable amount of time is appreciated. I will always use Precision Tune in Bowie. You should, too!

Review: I stopped in because my car is stalling out. Sebastian took my car for a test drive and connected the code reader. He was upfront and honest with telling me that he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. When I told him that I had a tentative appointment at a different shop for a full diagnostic, he advised me to take my car to the dealer. He said, yes the fee may be significantly higher, but the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is to have the dealer perform a diagnose with their equipment. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t have me pay for unnecessary services that could end with me still having issues.

Review: Do not go to this business for auto repair. The mechanics are good and perform their jobs well. The ownership and onsite management are terrible at offering quality (or even adequate) customer service.I dropped my car off at 12 for brake service and was told by the owner to return at 2-2:30 for pick up. The owner ordered the wrong parts, causing a delay. The job was completed at 4:45. When I asked the owner and general manager about receiving a discount for the extensive delay and customer inconvenience, the request was denied because 1. I already presented an online coupon at drop off, and 2. The delay was due to the supplier, not the mechanics on site.Again, if you value your time, and expect this business to as well, do NOT go here for auto repair.
