Review: I’ve never used Prestige 24/7 before. However, I meet Peter, the owner a while back. I wouldn’t recommend them not even to change a tire on my Bicycle. My overall experience was horrible n ended up costing me more money. This guy never returns calls n lacks basic skill levels like customer service, and general diagnosis. Stole my car charger out my vehicle. When I asked him about it he said he would look into it. However, that never happened. Folks I can only give you my honest n truthful experience. Although I like to support our(((Black Owned Business))) this is not a reflection on all of them. Pretty disturbing that after our last phone call he felt as if he did absolutely everything he could after I told him that it cost me an additional 1K and some of the parts that he allegedly put on were new that I paid him for had to be replaced.

Review: Giving them a 4 star because they have always treated me professionally.They do great work on my cars.But totally upset cause I tried to call them to set up an appointment and their phone is out of order. I do not know if they are closed for good. I will be going by there next week after the Thanksgiving holiday.Then I will find out if they are opened or CLOSED FOR GOOD

Review: For over 2 months now, Peter has had my car and continues to lie about what he’s waiting on to fix it and when it will be ready. He allegedly put an engine in it that messed up the transmission and 3 transmissions and 8 weeks later, he just received 2 sensors that are supposed to be needed and finally comes in that again he has lied saying pick up on this day and time and we go to pick up twice in the same day and it’s still not ready. I believe he’s buying time trying to figure out what he messed up but because this car is used for business, I’m ready to demand all my money back and lost work wages. DO NOT leave your car with Peter.

Review: I would not recommend any one go to Peter this an had held my car since June 3 times got a whole month and I paid over 5000 for every part I needed to get my car fix my car was not fix he claim to order the parts and no parts came up he claim he fix my hood grille and light as I paid every thing up front even more money like from 100-500 every week he requested and when I call he do not pick up or return . We fuss we argue in all I ask is about my car I drop my car off to 8901 dyson rd in he had me pick up my car from crosse road night club with no fixure as I called he claim he was at the doctor with his daughher folks my car is still ruined my daughter lost Xmas over him holding my car saying pick it up this day that day I missed a bday and I also lost my job . This is not the man to go to and whoever is feeling my pain file a claim in get every dime back
