Review: I’m very pleased with the friendly, yet professional service I received. I called the shop Thursday evening to tell them there was a scraping sound; which my husband said was my brakes.I was given an appointment the next day on Friday; because I told them I had to go out of town on Sunday.I arrived at around 9:30am and they were very busy, yet a mechanic checked my car right away; confirmed the back brakes needed to be replaced ASAP and suggested I get the front brakes done because they would require changing soon. I agreed, and told I had to wait there until they finished. They got brakes and were finished within an hour and a half.They had done a cursory inspection and found a strut replaced by them a month ago was leaking oil. We made arrangements for me to bring the car back to replace it, because it was covered by the warranty.I’m a senior with a disability and I need dependable transportation; the mechanics at Q3 make sure my car is in good working order.
