Review: I called to make a 100K mile service appointment. They were able to see me the very next day. I was given a quote over the phone. There was no up selling, they charged me exactly what I was quoted. Performed my whole service in less than 3 hours after dropping it off. Best part is really the owners kindness and thoughtfulness. When I got the call that my car was ready, I was offered Bowie Baysox tickets. I asked the owner how/why they have these tickets and he said “well we know no one wants to spend $300 on a Thursday so we try to do something nice for them” I got four tickets and premium parking just for having required work done on my car. Above and beyond as a small business owner.
