Review: The people who run this store are terrible. I went into the store awhile back with my service animal and an older man behind the counter told me to leave. I tried to explain to him that in America service animals have the right to lawfully enter a store with me as they are not a regular pet. The man tried to get loud so I left. A few months later I go to the store again with my girlfriend and again with my service animal. This time a younger guy was behind the counter, he begins to yell and this time I explained again to this younger man that in this country service animals have rights. He proceeded to call PG county police on me. Thinking I would leave (which I did not) he was surprised that I stayed. The police arrived and the situation was explained. The police told him that I was within my rights and if they denied me entrance of the store I would be well within my rights to file a lawsuit against the owner of this store. The man behind the counter looked dumb as hell after the cops pretty much told him that he was in the wrong. The guy looked like he had egg on his face, he looked sheepish and pretty much embarrassed. I will not ever enter this store and the customer service is terrible. We need to stop supporting these people because they come in our communities and act rude towards the people who actually utilize their store and put money in their pockets. These people are straight up 🤡 clowns. I am a disabled veteran who served 13 years in the military. You cannot stop someone from bringing a service animal into your store. You need to understand the laws if you’re going to run a business. Educate yourselves before you continue to look foolish how you all did that day. Such an embarrassment. I also feel like you all should leave this community if you cannot respect the people who support this subpar store.Update: The reply is a joke and you all will do noting to fix this mess. You are just offering lip service, generic replies, lies, and I would not be surprised if you used artificial intelligence to craft the reply!
