Review: The guys at Telegraph Auto Care are fantastic. They are very kind and get the job done well. I worked in my uncles’ autoshop throughout high school and college and I can tell you these guys at Telegraph run a good shop. I have taken my 25 year old truck to them for the annual safety inspections and they are quick and efficient. They don’t mess around because I got dinged for a burnt out light and they found a busted disc brake piston. Easy fixes and I appreciate them keeping me safe.I also recently visited them to fix a tire on my Tesla Model Y and to perform the annual safety inspection. I had always gone to the Tesla service center over in Tysons, but these days the wait time is crazy! I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment at Tesla. On top of that, Tesla was going to charge me a crazy amount just to fix my tire. So I decided to visit the Telegraph Auto Care guys and they fixed up my tire right away and did my safety inspection. Just FYI for all the Tesla owners, make sure you have your lifting pucks ready to go.Overall, great place to bring your car. And as you can see, it doesn’t matter if it’s a 25 year old beat up truck or a brand new electric car. They will take great care of you and I appreciate their honesty and great customer service.

Review: I had a disappointing experience at this auto shop. I came during the working hours and not late and They failed my vehicle for the brakes and a headlight that works (as seen below in the picture) then quoted me $600 to repair and pass it. It felt like they were more interested in making money off the repairs than providing a fair inspection. Despite their claim of following state guidelines and not trying to sell me anything, the whole process seemed geared towards squeezing extra money out of customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. NOTE if you’re a woman they think you don’t know anything about car repairs and how much it’ll cost BE AWARE OF THIS Fraudulent people.

Review: Amazing service, my inspection was performed in less than 20 minutes with no appointment. Ahmed was super nice and professional. They even had some nice benches outside where I could sit and relax while they were working. I will definitely use them in the future!

Review: Absolute gem of an auto shop. Ahmed and the rest of the team have been consistently kind and clear about any work we’ve had done on our cars. We’ve never been pushed to pay for services that seem unnecessary and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for any repairs we need in the future.
