Review: I have used this store several times before. When I dropped my car off for service I was greeted very professionally buy the young lady at the front desk. They took my car in and told me what was wrong. Right away she found the parts gave me a price to do the work. I left the car until the next day. Came back the next day. Difference person at front desk. Young man with dreads sitting down sipping on a big gulp. Didn’t get up to greet me. I ask him three times to ask the mechanic when will my car be ready. He just set there saying 12:00so I told my ride to leave. Had to finally say just go ask to be sure so I could tell my ride to go or take me home. Finally he go back and ask. The mechanic come out and told me it would take most of the day. He was very professional. He offered to take me home and he did. When my car was finished I got a call from the young lady that said my car was ready and that Buddy the mechanic will pick me up.Thank you to Buddy and the young lady that work the front desk. Very professional.

Review: This place used to be the BEST Tire Plus in the area . They’ve switched management and they’re a LIABILITY. I took my car here for an oil change . While there, they told me that I needed a battery. Long story short , they changed the oil and battery. When I went to my car and tried using my key fob it wouldn’t work, all lights were illuminated on the dashboard. They allowed a new guy to change the battery and whatever they hook up to maintain the memory data, the guy did something wrong. I ended up in a rental for two days and they had to call someone in to fix the car. I will say it was on their dime , but certainly an inconvenience for me. Fast forward , my husband got a flat tire and had no choice but to go here (close to where he got the flat). The guy who answered the phone was GHETTO (using street language to explain parts “joint”)! When I arrived the guy at the front counter (sounds like the guy on the phone) was helping a customer and while explaining the charges every other word was a curse word with street language “the mothaf**** joint “ (speaking of brakes). I don’t care what happens to our cars, we could happen to be inside one of their bays when it happens, TOW MY CAR AND I WILL PAY OUT OF POCKET!

Review: Left dents, scratches, and gross white goo all over my rims. My rims are black, so it was just …ew. Also, no one was at the desk and when the guy showed up, he didn’t understand that I wanted to pay for the service which was JUST performed and thought I wanted to pay the credit card bill. This lasted for minutes! When he finally understood, he said i should have just said that… literally said I want to pay for the service done on this blue car…. then he tried to be nice to me. Interesting little place. I’d give 3 stars, but I’m never taking my car here again, so 2 stars are fitting.

Review: The service was excellent. I dealt with John before I came to the establishment and then upon my arrival. It was nice to build a rapport with one person. They did not press me about other issues with the car and followed specific directions (one window does not roll up all the time so I advised them not to mess with the windows). They took my car back within 5 minutes and I was leaving with new tires within 20 minutes.

Review: On July 26, 2024, my husband & I went to the Tire Plus in Brandywine MD for a replacement tire and was told they didn’t have any in stock. We were instructed to go to their sister store in Waldorf MD. In which we had the worst customer service experience. My husband told the person at the desk that he needed a tire and that he was sent there by the manager at the Brandywine branch. We were informed that it would be a wait so we proceeded to wait in the waiting area after more than two hours a very professional but frustrated staff member came to tell us that he didn’t no when or if someone would be able to get to our car because no mechanic or employee wanted to work. He stated that all them beside himself had either left for today or went to lunch at same time. He had to work the desk also try to fix the cars that was ahead of us and he couldn’t do both. The manager was out on vacation and the employees didn’t give a care about the customer . We were there for 3 1/2 hours before the only staff member that was actually working gave him the tire and told him he had to go to another Tire Plus to get it put on because the employees that might or when they come back from lunch possibly would not have gotten to our car for another couple of hours or probably not at all. This was totally unacceptable !!! A lack of-a professional business. They did not value the customer time or Tire plus policy . Very disappointed customer. The employees that work on 7/26/24 between the hours of 1:30 pm thru 5 pm should be written up .It’s imperative that the company do something.
