Review: I called around 7am on Thursday morning about my 2015 Chevy Malibu and at 8 am my car was put in the shop by their best technician named Kevin. Kevin is the best he made sure everything was done correctly. Thanks again Kevin! If you go there asked for Kevin he doesn’t miss!

Review: I purchased 4 new tires on April 26, on May 15 one of my tires went completely flat. I called the appointment line to make an appointment and was told to come back the next day to have the tire repaired or replaced. When I went back the next day, I told the guy at the desk that I had an appointment, he quoted me the price for a new tire, I explained that I was not going to pay for another tire because the defective tire was less than 30 days old. Eventually they took my car back and replaced the flat tire and I was quoted a price for labor. I kept asking the guy, why am i being charged and what am i paying for…..I don’t know why this new guy was there, but everyone that I spoke to informed me that I was not supposed to pay anything for them to replace a defective that THEY put on my car.

Review: NEGLIGENCE CONSUMER PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! Pictures don’t lie.I took my car in for service on Friday November 11, 2023 and had two front tires replaced, I was charged over $500 for the service. While travelling to New York on Saturday November 12, 2023, this gentleman flagged me down on the highway, I pulled over and he pointed out that the entire bed of my car was on the floor, had this man not stop me when he did, I would have crashed my car on the highway and killed both my passengers due to the negligence actions of this facility. The gentleman was heaven sent, he helped tie a shoelace around the bed of my car (pictures attached) and directed me to the nearest auto shop. I plan on exposing this shop for their negligence and for risking people’s lives by not even checking their work to verify if they put in the same screws they removed from my car. UNACCEPTABLE.

Review: I took my car in for a oil change and I drove right next door home it was fine .The next morning I proceed to drive down the highway lights my car began making a knocking noise,smoking and eventually stalling. I had to walk down the highway with my one and two year old at 6:00 in the morning 5 months pregnant . I got thr car towed back there for them to tell me a rod mysteriously jumped out of my engine.They have some unprofessional staff who mocked me beigj upset which I could hear and see through the glass,also while getting a oil change I was told I had a nail in my tier which a staff member had me cash app him for (stealing) They are telling me this is something that can’t happen over night I don’t trust them.and believe they did something to my car I would never go here in my life again

Review: Got brakes, oil change, and tires replaced. Receipt was supposed to be emailed. Never got it. Didn’t change the sticker for the oil change, and tires keep losing pressure. I will not patronize this particular establishment. I will continue to use the Waldorf or Gambrills locations. Never had any issues at either of those locations.
