Review: I’ve spent $1,100 for AC repair. After a day, I noticed my AC was not functioning properly. When I returned, I was told that another part was needed.After questioning why my car was released, I was told a manager would call me (which they have not). I do not recommend this location for AC repairs, but I will give 2-stars for getting the AC to blow (especially during this hot summer).I would appreciate more efforts from management to rectify my issue.

Review: Today I had a 2 o’clock appointment after waiting an hour and a half I still haven’t been serviced yet . The service is sub-par and management did nothing to accommodate or rectify the situation . When the employee noticed that I was writing a complaint then he started requesting my keys back after letting me know that he could careless about us waiting. After taking our vehicle back he comes back 2 minutes later stating its a bad plug. That particular tire was never plugged it was a brand new tire . That being said I won’t be coming back to another tire plus it’s a shame black people get Terrible service in black communities .

Review: I called from Odenton to report a potential problem with my tires after seeing the tire pressure light on. The Store Manager spoke in a friendly tone and encouraged me to come to the store for professional diagnostic work.They immediately diagnosed a nail in my right rear tire.The technician promptly fixed it for me. I greatly appreciate this excellent and friendly service.

Review: Zach and Kwame (apology if I spelled their names wrong) have me great service. They were able to fit me in the schedule on short notice and address my problems and give me a quick solution. I left as a happy customer. If I lived closer this would be my go to shop for needs they could address.
