Review: I have never been talked to so rudely on a business call in my life! She says she is the manager and if so God help the staff! Honestly I would NEVER trust a shop where the “manager” is annoyed and says so, because a truck was towed there. Unreal.

Review: I visited this business because the trunk of my Ford Taurus Limited Edition lock would secure. The owners checked the lock and was able to engage it to lock. They did not charge me anything for the service. Outstanding customer service and compassion towards me. I will definitely patronage this business in the future for my vehicle service. I strong recommend this business any vehicle related problems before going to a dealer. Many thanks and have a blessed and safe week.

Review: They do excellent work! My car was deemed totalled by my insurance company after a intoxicated driver hit my parked car. The body shop made my car look like it had looked prior to the accident. And the driver damaged the entire driver’s side of my car, everywhere below the windows-so basically both driver side tires were bent and everywhere around the tires had damage and all of the body parts below the windows were also damaged by the at-fault driver from the impact of their car. After the work was completed by this crew/shop, it drives the same way it had before the accident, which was great and my BMW 528i looks as if it was never even involved in an accident in the first place. Beautiful job! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Willie and crew!

Review: The environment is great but when I first went up to them to get my front bumper and lower rear bumper fix the Hispanic boy gave me a estimate of $845 and said come back in the second week of march , turned my car in on a Saturday, and on Wednesday when I came back my front bumper wasn’t all the way on, and there was no grill(told them it’s in the backseat).butch kent gave a a whole different estimate than the Hispanic boy . Says it’s $2,017.02 . I just wish they can communicate with each other
