Review: These people are horrible. My appointment for an oil change was 11:15 am. I was on time, they said to finish it in 2 H. or 2:30; I kindly explained if I could do it in less time, because I had 2 more appointments in the afternoon, which was very important for my work. And they told me that it’s not 2 h. to 2:30. More than 2:30 passed and I saw that they came to tell me that I was ready and I asked about my vehicle. All mocking tells me her car is not ready, I told her; I explained my reason and I waited for what you told me and 3 hours have already passed. He gave you your vehicle if you want everything calm, after waiting 3 hours. They shouldn’t be working there. It really ruined my whole day, because of an oil change. These are the people

Review: Had a shockingly unprofessional experience today while I was there for a scheduled service appointment. Started with me being polite as I arrived 5 minutes early, so I walked in to inform and ask if I could drive in as I am early. I was cut in mid sentence and asked, ” Where’s your vehicle? And why don’tyou just drive in?” And let’s just say it was not said very nicely (bordering on rude) and with a mouthful of food. That’s what I am asking, Sir. I am 5 minutes early. Is it OK to drive in? Anyway, after driving in, I was told that it’s going to be $150. “But I have a service plan that I bought. I shouldn’t have to pay. ” The answer is, “Hey, whatever, these are the charges. Square it up with the finance guys. It doesn’t show me anything in the system. ” OK, I replied where do I find them. The gentleman just shrugged, took the keys, and said it’s going to be 2.5 hours. Wait, if you wanna and walked off. Went to the waiting lounge. Called customer service about my service plan, and after 15 minutes of clicking, they said there is an error and the service advisor would come and talk to me. After 3.5 hours of wait, I walk out and see my car parked up front. Walked in again, looking for my service advisor and to check if the car is done. I found out the gentleman had gone home an hour ago. No one knows where my car paperwork is and what were the multi point inspection results. Few more minutes of confusion followed, and ultimately, I was told that the car was done some time ago, but no one bothered to inform me next door in the waiting area, and would have stayed there if I had not come in looking. I wish I had an alternative so that I don’t have to go to Toyota Bowie ever again for service and maintenance. Rude, do not care attitude, totally unprofessional. I wonder what changed? Oh wait the new management !!

Review: The service is generally pretty good, however our last service was disaster, the incompetence was out of this world. Our appointment was 0830 we were checked in by the service advisor (Chuck Ficklin), who told us the vehicle would be ready by 1300, and he would text or called. We gave him two numbers of which he didn’t called. When we tried to call the service number we hit a black hole no one answered, we then tried the appointment number to which someone answer promptly and told up the car was ready for pickup, however the center was already closed. Next morning we went to pick up the vehicle Chuck had no idea where the car was. At that point he said he wasn’t the service advisor, Antonio was. We had never spoken to Antonio we were checked in by Chuck and he didn’t inform us at that time that Antonio was the service advisor. Chuck practically blew us off. They flied the paperwork under another customer information. It took another 30 minutes to locate the paperwork for the car on top of the already inconvenience.

Review: “I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Toyota of Bowie, particularly with Antonio. Every time I visit, I receive five-star service. Recently, my vehicle required spark plug replacement, as well as front and rear brake repairs, which took a couple of days. During this time, I was provided with a rental car, which was a great convenience. When I received my vehicle back, the brakes were working perfectly, and I trust that all other identified issues were fixed as well. Thanks to Antonio’s professionalism and expertise, I will continue to bring my car to Toyota of Bowie for all future service needs.”

Review: My BZ4X has only a simple issue. To replace the 12V battery. It took them two days to fix it.The most frustrating part is that the service advisor is not responsible enough to give updates. I tried to call her several times and even left a voicemail in the morning. Unfortunately, there is no answer. She had updated me consistently after I had reported an incident through Toyota customer service.I would like to highlight her name here. She’s Memuna. You can read on other bad comments here, and you might see bad feedback on her as well.This is my 1st time to have a service here. My brother and my dad do not recommend this service center as well. Now, I have proven it myself.
