Review: I needed regular maintenance (oil change and air & cabin filter replacement) for my 2018 BMW530e and was referred to TruCar Works by my BF!I’m a huge critic and very meticulous when it comes to customer service and Walt (the owner) made me feel comfortable and reassured that he would get the job done! He and his entire and very professional, from the front desk to the service techs!TruCar Works is well known for it’s service in the auto body repair world, however, I need to highlight this industry, which he also serves! Great attention to detail and explains the process, from parts ordering, time needed to acquire parts, the work entailed for the job.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️‼️

Review: Great Customer service, and the owner was great. They fixed the scrapes and dents however there are many imperfections in the paint and you can tell it’s been ” fixed”. Had to go back and get some things buffed and the guy kinda did a quick fix but what was meant to be a 10-15 min fix turned into an hour because he kept half doing it. Got my breaks done..they feel great!

Review: I took my car to Trucar Works to get serviced a few times. I love the family oriented atmosphere and business. It’s hard to find family oriented black businesses nowadays. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is good. I recommend TruCar Works because they will take good care of your car paint, autobody, and service needs.

Review: I had taken my vehicle to the dealership because my air conditioning wasn’t working. The dealership told me it would be around 2,000$ to fix it because I needed a heater core. I took it here for a second opinion and was excited when they found the real problem and saved me lotssss of money. Very honest mechanic that doesn’t try to take advantage of their customers. Would definitely recommend!
