Review: I have had three vehicles serviced in this shop. Communication is very poor here. I used them mostly because of proximity to my home. Most recently, I needed to have one of the vehicles inspected. The woman who answers the phone made several false statements about why they wouldn’t do it, that I continued to ask questions about. She was discussing it with a man next to her as she muffled the phone. Each time she gave a different reason (schedule, weight, weather, etc), so I felt like they were just making things up. As I was asking questions, she eventually just said, “Look, he’s just going to pass. He’s going to pass.” What the heck?!? It’s comes down to personal preference? The woman was very rude on the phone to me as a returning customer, which really offended me. She knew I was frustrated, then called me back a second time to offer yet another reason. Then she got aggravated with me and hung the phone up on me. VERY INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I will never go back here, and I recommend no one else use them.
