Review: Toyota Collision Center is such an amazing place. If your car has been damaged due to a car accident or needs any repairs. Toyota Collision is the place to take your car. The guys who fixed my car did an awesome job on repairing my car. Also, the staff there are very polite and helpful, especially kelli and Jordan, who help me with all my concerns and questions.

Review: Honestly, I’m had a few problems with Toyota Waldorf in general. I didn’t notice this until I came home the same day of picking up and I said F it I’m not going to say anything BUT it’s really bothering me. Overall, I’m so glad the bumper is secure but now I have a dent on the right side of my car and scuff marks on the left side and what is this light on for?! I know for a fact neither was there at first because I have pictures but I feel like I’m complaining. It’s been a weekend since the ordeal and I don’t know what to say or do smh.

Review: If you didn’t buy your car with them, they are quick to give the run around and that’s not Ok. It shouldn’t matter because at the end of the day my car still a Toyota and reason why I am paying for warranty. Took my car here couple of weeks ago to get a tire fix. Keep in mind my tire got a nail and I wanted to get it fix as I was getting ready for a more than 10 hours trip. And just didn’t feel confortable driving my car like that. Was told by one of the managers here (which I could got his name) that since my car was already patch it was ok to drive my car like that. SMH! The most lazy and so unprofessional person ever! I call my other Dealer on Bowie and was taking care of without an issue. First time being here at this dealership and definitely for sure my last!

Review: This is a radar image of the storm that produced hail up to the size of golf balls in Prince Frederick that hit my car. You may see a duplicate review from me but it only underlines the fact that I’m really happy with Tim and his staff at Waldorf collision center.This is one of the fastest turnarounds on bodywork I’ve ever had and they did an excellent job and always kept me informed don’t hesitate to go and use Tim and his staff thank you Tim!
