Review: I went online and made my appointment for an oil change. This was my first time at a dealer for service. I was very happy and comfortable from the time I got there to the time I left. Tammy Kuntz was super nice and helpful with my concerns when i got there. They got me in and out in a timely manner.

Review: After 3 incidents, at Waldorf Toyota Service Center, I need the company to really vet the type of mechanics that they hire. I cannot assume that they hire only young, inexperienced mechanics to save a buck, but after multiple incidents I am not sure. Last year in May, I visited to have my brakes done. While I am waiting for my truck to be serviced, the advisor comes to me frantic saying that my pistons came out and my brake fluid bled out. The job when from a $400- 600 service to a $1500 service on a holiday weekend. The advisor told me that if I did not pay for the $1500 that they could not move my truck. Talking about forcing a teacher and a parent with 4-childing to pay a high bill. They then tried to blame me for when I brought my truck in to be service. Crazy! After leaving the shop that day, the mechanic did not fasten the bolts to the undercarriage tightly so my truck was making some strange noise while I drove. I had to end up returning my truck to the service shop which had closed by now for the holiday and was issued a smaller suv (Toyota Highlander) that my family could not even fit in — truck that was turned in was a Sequoia. What a messed up holiday weekend. Those two incidents floored me and I was left with thoughts of how unprofessional this shop was. As the loose carriage was an accident waiting to my happen, putting me and my family in danger.Fast forward to March 2024, I visit Waldorf Toyota to have my truck serviced for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service advisor comes to me while I wait for my truck to let me know that the mechanic could not rotate my tires. He indicated that the mechanic had stripped two wheel locks and could not loose the wheel. He said that I could come back another time because he did not want to impact the service schedule. I said ok. What I did not know that the technician had stripped my wheel lock and broke it to an unusable state and no one said anything that my vehicle’s parts were damaged. I did not learn this until I went to a shop yesterday to have my tire serviced and they showed me my wheel lock and how the teeth of the wheel lock were gone. Waldorf Toyota Service Center ought to be ashamed of themselves, but they appear to have no conscious.EDITED: 5/28/2024I revisited Waldorf Toyota Service Center on May 28, 2024 because to address the concern. As a last resort to get my tires rotated and to speak to them about my broken wheel lock. Tammy listened to my concern, read my printed review of my concern and the company’s response and followed up on the company’s word. Toyota has agreed to replace my wheel lock.

Review: I made an appointment for my father’s vehicle last Saturday when I called in the morning to ask if they have any walk in oil changes times available. The lady said no they do not but scheduled me for the next Saturday at 730am. I arrive at 730am and drop off my vehicle. I went for a walk and returned. I saw they called me and went to ask what was wrong. The lady I dropped my dad’s suv off with said we do not have an appointment. I showed her exactly where I called in my phone log last week, just as my father asked me to. But she said she cannot do anything without a email confirmation. That’s great and all for people who have email but this is my father’s vehicle. He is elderly and disabled and can no longer drive so I must drive him everywhere and he has no email address. He has never used a email in his life. He has never sent or received a text in his life. It is tragic that you discriminate against elderly people who do not use technology. I will never come to this toyota dealership again. I would rather drive to any other toyota dealership up to 3 hours away than to deal with Waldorf toyota. It is a shame that you discriminate against my father in such a way. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well in regards to you blatant disregard for elderly people.

Review: I had to use the Toyota body shop for a paint issue with my brand new vehicle. The vehicle was bought at another dealer. Waldorf service department manager Joe and service tech Ben did a great job. Even though it was stuck there for a month due to parts back ordered. They keep me in the loop and pushed Toyota to finish the repair. Services Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance … More
