Review: Came here for an oil change they told me I needed a new oil drain plug and say they can replace it, I bring them a new drain plug within minutes, they return to working on my car. After waiting for another hour the tech comes out and says “we can’t get the old plug off” to which I ask “is my car worse off now than when I brought it in here?” He says “of course” then while I’m asking him to give me my car back he’s standing there talking about “idk why you’re mad all we tried to do was help!” Don’t go here they’re incompetent and have no accountability. I brought my car here one other time and after I left the engine started making a weird noise. Said I was never coming back and should’ve kept my word, instead I tried to save a few dollars and got the worst service in life. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

Review: The worst!! Over the past five years my family has visited this location for all our oil changes for our vehicles. No longer after today! I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change about 3 weeks ago. Today I had to get new water pump installed by mechanic in a reputable shop. When leaving my home, I started the engine and noticed the dash read 78% oil life. So I asked the mechanic to check that also. He later informed me that the oil filter was filthy and doesn’t look like a new filter. And because of that the filter was leaking oil! It wasn’t replaced!! It was either laziness or dishonesty, either way it’s unacceptable! If I didn’t have the water pump installed I would’ve never known about how they conduct business!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Go to Walmart for automotive chemicals because they are the same quality and brands you get at automotive parts stores even with their rewards programs. The same is also true for batteries.

Review: Terrible. I bought tires on line, I have had problems with them, tire plugged on e on the driver’s side and twice on the passengers side and then the passenger side caught a flat while driving, wires and things were coming out of the tire, and I had a warranty on the them and all they wanted to do was plug them, just a month old , never showed me the nail that was supposed to be in the tire. They were dry rotted, period. Corporate was no better, my car had to be towed and bought another tire from someplace else. They only refunded $61 for their tire, not what I paid for a new tire or towing. Sad!
