Review: Great service, honest and fair pricing, efficient, and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I always say: if you are trying to find an honest mechanic, ask a woman! 😂 Unfortunately, women tend to be quoted much higher for repairs and it can be very frustrating when you know others are trying to rip you off because they think you don’t know better or don’t have options… but we do! With the internet and a plethora of repair shops—not to mention friends or family members— or maybe even a little living and learning, it doesn’t take much effort to find out what’s reasonable. Fortunately, I found Waugh Chapel Towing and Auto Repair and they were honest, fair, and efficient. I went to them for my vehicle inspection and needed to have my rear brakes replaced to pass inspection. With auto inspection (which is more expensive in Maryland than in other states), replacement parts, labor, and taxes, it all came down to less than $300. They were very respectful and professional and even replaced my key battery for free and were very nice about it. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and will call them in the future for any auto repairs I have. Thank you for a great job and running an honest business!
