Review: I had a wonderful experience at Woolfolk Mechanical & Collision Center! The owners (Josh and Selina) delivered EXCELLENT customer service. I felt safe (as a female) the moment I walked in. They personalized my experience which showed me they care me and their business.Josh is a perfectionist and very patient. He is kind and it is obvious he is passionate about his craft!Y’all know finding a decent and honest automobile specialist/mechanic can be stressful. Lord knows I have had some horrible automobile mechanic experiences in my life, but you can trust Josh & Selina. They will do right by you. They understand that you not only should look good in your vehicle, but also be safe in your vehicle. If you don’t believe me, stop by and experience the greatness yourself.My experience with Josh & Selina was “FANTASTIC!” MY services: body work, paint, and mechanical. The body work and paint are amazing and mechanical issues are all resolved! I am glad that God led me here.I am a VERY particular person and I never take time to leave reviews because I am not a social media person. However, I had to leave this review to let others know that WOOLFOLK MECHANICAL & COLLISION CENTER is a place where individuals and insurance companies can bring cars, and trucks (of any kind) to get collision repair, routine maintenance, paint, vehicle diagnostic, body work, alignment, etc.! Review: Last summer (Jul ’23) I noticed that my vehicle spoiler was splintering. First stop, the dealer but unfortunately the factory part was out of stock. Second stop, a personal mechanic w/ a quote. I also considered doing my own bonding job from an auto store although I knew it wouldn’t correct the splintering.Low & behold I decided to pull into WoolFolk. Unfortunately the demographics of the area may cause someone to keep going but I gave it a shot – especially in passing daily. I met the young owner (husband/wife team) who looked at my vehicle, provided the work that would be completed & the completion time. I was more than impressed & had the work done.I feel like my vehicles spoiler is as good as new. I cannot see the splintering, the spoiler was bolted & factory taped down & painted back.Overall, I am highly impressed & will return for another job.I hope this review is helpful to someone looking for a professional, clean & w/n budgeted experience.
