Review: Mr. Ken and the rest of the employees (didn’t get their names) were very understanding, nonjudgemental, and professional! I unexpectedly got a flat tire and I really needed to be in and out asap and they were beyond helpful and nice! Price was reasonable and great location as well. I appreciate you all very much!

Review: I asked for my tire to be patched from inside and was told ok and when I saw that they had plug the tire instead. I checked with Michelin and they said never plug that all season tire. I went back and had them remove the plugs and patch from inside as required. I have used them for years with good results. Time and money wasted.

Review: Called AC Tire today to get pricing on a new tire. Was asked what happened to my old tire and when I told Mr Lou I got a flat he responded with well before you spend unnecessary money let’s see if we can fix your tire for you. (FIRST STAR) So, I went in and IMMEDIATELY felt welcomed. The energy in this place is a whole vibe! Mr Lou is full of laughs and jokes, in fact the entire staff was!!!! Fast forward, so the tire couldn’t be fixed and had to be replaced. When I asked whats the total my response was, “that’s it?”Overall the experience was OUTSTANDING from the front desk, to the mechanics, and my dear friend the engineer. lol yes, they are now my friends and I’ll definitely be back!!! GO HERE!!! You won’t regret it!!!FYI, I could’ve went on and on because there’s so much more to say about Mr Lou, but I’m tired and going to sleep now 🤗

Review: I dropped my truck off the evening before. I called the shop to let them know that I was on my way in one hour. At this time, I was informed that my paper work got lost. They did not know who the truck belonged to. I told them to forget it. I will take it some place else. I was them told that I will be charged a storage fee. The man on the other end of the phone, asked me. How long before you get here? I told him, one hour. He said he was sorry and that my truck will be ready when I get here. One hour later, I had four brand new tires on my truck, ready to go. The place is old school. No computers and the outside look like a junk yard. But they do good work.

Review: The Guys who do the work are Phenomenal; However the Lady at the front desk is unbelievably unprofessional! Every encounter I’ve had while bringing my fleet of vehicles to this establishment has been a regrettable one. My Family has used this Shop for 3 Generations and it’s appalling to be treated this way!
