Review: I give these guys 5 stars. I got my rebuilt transmission and was put in a lil late due to the summer holidays but when it arrived. I got my 2007 Yukon Denali back on the road. And she responded perfect. I then experienced some other issues that I thought may interfere with the work that was done so I took it back today for my concerns and for my first adjustments after the trans replacement. And Doug and Manny welcomed me and my truck back with no issues…. These guys are my go to shop. No other shop will touch my truck. And I approve this review keep up the outstanding work. From the front, too the back of shopI salute you guys….Sincerely Yours. Mr R.A. Wilson

Review: On behalf of my husband, Doug and Manny were great on the rebuilt of his transmission. Customer service was great, and the turnover time was even better. We highly recommend AAMCO of Waldorf.

Review: This shop started off in a great manor but quickly turned into a nightmare. He could not quote me a price but wanted to drop my transmission. Another advisor said he would have to redo the whole process to quote me. He did not offer to do so afterwards. Then the transmission tube cap was missing when I picked my car up. I asked an advisor about it and he handed me a random cap and said, “here try this one.” He did not offer to get a tech to replace my cap that they did not put back on or offer help himself. Thankful I did not give the go ahead for them to drop my transmission. How can a shop be trusted to rebuild a transmission when they cannot pay attention to simple details (putting the transmission tube cap back in place)?

Review: This company has “fixed” my Pontiac gt g6 rack and pinion/ steering column 4 times with in the past 4 months charging me $2,000 . My rack and pinion was not being put on correctly, parts put on backward, and putting defected parts on to my car . Doug stating he doesnt know what the problem is but “ he will try his best to figure it out” mean while Manny being rude and disrespectful hanging the phone up in my face putting me on hold multiple times after i asked to speak with doug telling me “you just need to wait ill tell him to call you” as im on the side of the street in baltimore maryland because my rack and pinion is leaking and me steering wheel wouldn’t turn that they fixed 6 days ago . This being their 4th time fixing my car I express that it is not fair I’m the only one who losses at the end I gave you guys my money $2000 and I have to keep calling off work and school or spend more of my money taking uber’s back-and-forth to work/school that is in Baltimore Md. and wont allow me to go to an aamco in Baltimore . MANNY WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL i would NEVER bring my car back to Aamcoo in WALDORF.

Review: I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this place for any reason. I don’t think a back alley mechanic would have cause more damage to my vehicle as this so called “reputable” shop has done. I had my vehicle towed there to replace the transmission only; that was the ONLY issue with my vehicle. Instead, while at their shop, they claimed I had a catalytic converter and an electrical problem that had to be fixed first. After almost two months later, when it was time for the warranty company to honor my claim; after speaking to the shop manager, things only got worst. Going from obtaining a used transmission to only paying less than $2,000 towards a new one; therefore, no transmission replacement at all. I had enough and just wanted my vehicle back; it cost over $2,300 for the “repairs”. The manager claimed it was drivable and took me on a test drive. When I asked why five vehicle trouble lights plus the engine light was on; they gave me some gibberish for an explanation. When I tried to drive my vehicle home, it would NOT start. I had to get one of their mechanics; who mumbled something about the negative battery cable or post; which he said he fixed and gave me a jump. I made it home, but the vehicle would not start the next morning because of something they did to my electrical system, that was draining my 6 months old Die Hard battery.
