Review: The store is at a good location and the customer service is excellent. The problem i have is with all the stores in PG County the A/C system are either turned off or turned down. Why a company would have their customers or employees suffering like that. All the Napa stores have working AC. What’s more troubling is the Virginia stores doesn’t have this issue. I wonder why they don’t have the problem.

Review: Great customer service! I needed a fuel injector for my lawn mower and they helped me select one of the best fuel injectors on the market. The gentlemen were kind and explained why it was a better product. They were very helpful and kind. I love it that it wasn’t too busy as well.

Review: First contact. No issues.It was after the purchase when everything went down hill.Yesterday I was helped by Tyrus D. He handed me an auto part that was made for my vehicle (which was correct) and for my issue (which was incorrect). I picked two other items I needed and was good to go. I asked if the one device he brought me will work to check my issue as I looked over the box that says download the app & read the minimal surety’s of the exact information the device will expose. He confirmed it’s what I needed though and gave me the line “we don’t accept this back once opened.” I had no intentions of bringing it back. So great! I was content.My first issue is, Tyrus D. made an absolute, and a sale. But once the app was loaded, it didn’t have the capability to disclose any of the information I was looking for.My second issue is, the manager supports employees lying to complete a sale because they don’t have to accept the return. When I took the equipment back and explained to the manager they didn’t sale me the correct device her response was, “I heard him tell you once it’s opened we can’t accept it back.” If you heard that, why couldn’t you hear what he assured me prior to me swiping my card and correct the situation. That is Convenient.I spend thousands of dollars at this company a year. I’m definitely sending my concerns to my car/bike organizations corporate office and encouraging them to sever all ties with this company. As large as we are in all 50 states, I hope it impacts Advanced Auto in a way that will have them treat their customers better!Wow, imagine if you found something in your food after your first bite and the chef said, “oh well!”

Review: The team here is excellant. They have some new members so please be patient with their staff. I see some rude customers in here. The team is always helpful and allows me to take care of my vehicle within reason in intervals. I am a loyal advanced customer and have been DIY for several years. Never had the wrong part or something that didnt fit. Thanks to the managers for being insightful as well.
