Review: The two times in the pass 5 years that I have had my ford I’ve only had to take care of the common things. And they have always had the parts thay was needed! My 2015 Ford transit my Blezzin !

Review: My 2017 Ford Explorer stopped on me.I had it towed to Banister Ford Marlow Heights.I reported to the service person desk.The person was extremely helpful.He remembered my birthday was tomorrow and I will be 86 years old with a 90% military service connected disability.The service person was very professional and helpful.He accepted my auto and informed me he would call me the next day and give me an update. At 10am the service person called and informed me the problem and gave me an estimate. I came in and there was a young lady who was at her desk. She was extremely friendly and professional. She reviewed my auto problem and we agreed on how to proceed.She also remembered my 86 birthday was today.I was very impressed with that personal contact. The entire office was anxious to get my auto ready so I could enjoy the rest of my birthday. In about 30 minutes, my auto was ready to go. My auto is operating perfectly now and I am one happy customer and will offer Banister all of my auto services in the future and I will also come to Banister whenever i am ready to purchase a new Ford.

Review: Parts specialist Adan was phenomenal. Adan verified the Vin. He allowed view of diagram to part. Adan ordered the part. Once I called Adan track it and called once arrived. Adan assisted me with assuring the part was correct. Finally, Adan took part to my vehicle. If you’re in need of a part contact Adan he’s your parts specialist

Review: They were the most honest people that I and my wife have ever dealt with since 2019. My wife has been leery of course sales people since we had a very bad experience with Kia Greenbrier Volkswagen. These people were honest, answered every question my wife had, and this woman had a smile on her face. They make you feel like family, they are not high pressure sales people, it’s not about the buck here, and me, my wife, our children will always come back here. You could not ask for a better sales experience.
