Review: Very bad service. I dropped off my car on a Saturday, about to pay and then my fiancé checks the car absolutely NOTHING had been done. After having to ask several workers they finally told me that the car needed more parts and that the car needed to be back Tuesday. I go with my fiancé back on Tuesday and ask the mechanic AND the representative if the car was going to be done that same day. They all confirm and told me that the was going to be done at the end of the day. I did not hear from them the whole day. I call asking for my representative and they tell me to call back in 45 minutes. I call back in 45 minutes only to find out she was gone for the day. The amount of miscommunication is unbelievable. Between the employees themselves and with the customers. It does not stop here. I go pick up my car Thursday and as I am about to pay they tell me “another part” needed to be added and so the amount on the invoice changed. I’m forced to pay more for their mistakes. As my fiancé and I are about to drive off me being the passenger notice a HUGE CRACK on the front windshield. I go back and speak to them and they go ask the mechanic if the car already came like that. The audacity the mechanic has to say the crack has been there since Saturday is ridiculous. I spoke with the manager and they said they would check the cameras. I can’t believe after being a customer with them for 5 years they no longer have work ethic. Looking at the photographs do you think I could miss that scratch on the windshield.
