Review: Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They kept me well informed throughout the process. Friendly and welcoming customer service.It’s my understanding they only do insurance claim work if you are seeking bodywork on your car.

Review: If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my Chrysler 300 to be fixed only for the work to be half done, old damaged parts put back on, my car still left with damage from the accident as well as the service tech killing my battery and my car being damage upon pick up. I took my car twice to have the situation fixed and addressed and it still wasn’t. They left glass all in my vehicle and in the engine bay after telling me they cleaned it which clearly they didn’t. My insurance company and I did a three way call and spoke to John who had I would be hearing back from him in 24-48hours… It’s now been over a week with no call back and when I call to get an update I’m told I’ll be called back with no call back. I would never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. Only bring your car here if you want the work to be half done and to have horrible customer service

Review: Wow!! Bravo Zulu as we say in the Navy. I am a very pleased military customer. Mr. Chuck is very knowledgable, he answered all my questions and clarified all my concerns. He is a people’s person and is clear that for him this is not a job but a life style of professionalism and love to serve the community. I felt very safe under the care of Mr. Chuck and the customer service ladies that handled all the financial transactions with the insurance company. I highly recommend CALIBER COLLISION and their services. My car is back better than expected. I am very happy with their services and I trust them with all my car needs. BRAVO ZULU 👏 to Mr. Chuck .

Review: I would recommend this body shop to others. Greg looked over the damage that was caused to my Jaguar by a hit and run driver with Jessica and told her what needed to be done and who he wanted to work on it and no one else and I liked that. He was stern in his conversation and reiterated what he said and made sure that she understood him (almost scared me like when my father speaks 😉). The excel clear coat that Jaguar put on my car did not allow any damage to penetrate my paint or cause any damage to the body of my car which was refreshing to know. They replaced the excel clear coat, repaired the scratched tire rim, etc., and got me back up and going rather quickly and safely. I received text messages informing me of where they were with the work being done on my car and I appreciated that as well. Thank you to the staff that worked on my automobile and getting me back on the road again.
