Review: My car needed an alternator, which Chase installed, I had to take my car back to Chase 3 times because the alternator he installed was incorrectly wired. I had to get my car towed 3 times and do you think he offered to help pay for the towing, No!!! My car would not start a 4th time and I had it towed to Nissan, Nissan has had my car for two weeks trying to determine what he did. Not only was the alternator wired incorrectly when Nissan went to install another alternator on my car, they found clasps broken on the compressor. To sum things up I paid Chase and Nissan. I will never use him again nor will I recommend him!!!!!!!!!!! Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I have been going to Chase for yrs and he is an excellent, honest and reliable mechanic. Everytime that I have had work done on my cars ,I have never had to go back . He had worked on my 280z is was my first car and work was done,then my BMW and last my Cadillac truck. I have referred and still referring customers to Chase and everyone has been successful. To my knowledge Chase had been around since the 1980. Chase will work w you and do not try and empty your pockets. I do not that Chase use to be Senior Mechanic at one of the car dealerships in Marlow Hghts Md and then moved on to Beach Road . I wouldnt trade Chase for another Mechanic. Honest is the best policy and thats exactly what you will receive for Mr. Chase. Havig my friends car towed today,all will be done w no problem and he will still have money in his pocket. KEEP up the good work Chase, there isnt many Mechanics like yourself…….

Review: The Oil change is quick and reasonable. I think I’ll stick with that only….I tried to bring my business. Me, as the middleman, got screwed ( embarrassed). It’s okay to say, ” I don’t know” if you don’t know. Communication is key! Lesson learned.
