Review: My insurance claim with Allstate was so effortless. Once the claim was submitted I got a call right away to schedule. The work to replace the bumper was done very quickly. I dropped my car off on Monday and got my car back on Friday. I was updated every step of the way and the communication was great and frequent. I planned on taking my car to the car wash after the work was completed as it needed cleaning inside and outside but the best part was when I picked up my car Complete auto body vacuumed out the car!! I totally didn’t expect to get a completely clean car back. 100% appreciated that more than words could explain. The paint job matched perfectly and it doesn’t even look like my bumper was replaced. Kudos for the great customer service please keep that up. I will be a repeat customer if I need an auto-body shop again!
