Review: I was given a call prior to arriving for my 10:45 appointment that there was an issue inside the building and would need to come to the side door to be serviced. I arrived on time, filled out some paper. Service Tech checked to make sure my tires were in and that they were in fact the correct tires because my wheels are staggered. The Tech said I could wait for it or wait outside. The store soon opened back up and I walked around for about 30mins, by the time I made it to checkout my car was completed and they pulled up to the front for me. I have no complaints and was pleased with my service. Very convenient and professional. Will suggest others for this service.

Review: I travel all over the US for works and routinely get my tires serviced at Costco and this is by far the worst Costco tire center experience I’ve ever had. The people are so slow like they’re on vacation so the wait time was very long. Too much talking and mingling around from staff and doesn’t get stuff done. 2 plus hour wait time and my car was on the lift for 1 whole hour.. I know because I stayed and waited. 1 hr wait and 1 hour for rotation? For having an appointment this is so freaking unbelievable.

Review: Rating for Customer service and flow of service. I came into the store to purchase tires in peparation for the winter. The costco tire staff advised me on the best value and tires for my car. Unfortunately, the tires were not in stock and needed to be ordered. Three days later the tires arrived and i received a call to pick them up. When I inquired about setting up an appointment, the staff member quickly advised that I just walk-in…. I did just that and waited 4 hours for an install. I highly recommend you make an appointment even if they advise not to. The disorganization and flow while waiting was chaotic.

Review: Brittany was great! She was very professional and my tire service was prompt. The service was very organized and everyone was so friendly. I went to Costco for my tires because my mother had such a positive experience getting tires for vehicle. Now my husband will be going to Costco for tires! So good service is great and I will continue to recommend Costco.
