Review: David and the team at D.A.C. Custom Detailing have been amazing to work with over the years and I very happy I was able to come across his website and Instagram page to view his work and have only gone to them for any work on any cars. I cannot stress enough how great the team is and I highly recommend them. David and his team are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I first reached out, David’s professionalism and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were evident. I really appreciate the follow up he does on the work performed, taking the time to answer any questions I may have and more so build a great friendship beyond just the work. Anytime I had any questions or needed help with a matter, David provided me with expert recommendations tailored to my vehicles.One aspect that really caught my eye was the attention to detail that was exhibited by David and the team at D.A.C. Custom Detailing. I had brought in a 2016 E350 to get taken care of and David provided me with the best recommendations for the car (in this case Level 3 Ceramic Coating, no PPF (wouldn’t look as good given the wear on the car at the time). I very much appreciate when the best recommendations and services are recommended in which this case it was. The E350 came out looking amazing after the Level 3 Protection and Ceramic Coating services!!! I was very impressed with the results and how the car looked like it just came out of a showroom. Not only did David and his team exceed my expectations, but they also were very thorough in providing any updates and timelines for when the car would be ready for pickup. Communication was very good and very much appreciated!However, the biggest thing for me that really mattered and what sets D.A.C Custom Detailing apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. David goes above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the service meets the highest standards. He listened attentively to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the final result was exactly what I envisioned. This is also reflected an all of the team members to go along with their professionalisms and skill. It is very much a welcoming atmosphere each time I come visit to get any work done on my vehicles.I have done more work with David and team recently with a 2020 AMG GLC63 where David provided me with the best services including Level 3 Protection, Ceramic Coating, PPF (including interior dash), Window Tints, etc.). David went above and beyond and provided upgrade decals for the vehicle to make it look even better. All vehicles I have brought in maintains their showroom look / shine weeks after the services are done. In addition, David is very accommodating to my busy work schedule for when it is time to come by for the ceramic coating maintenance service. Again, the attention to detail and work put in is second to none.If you’re considering any detailing services for your vehicle, look no further than D.A.C Custom Detailing.
