Review: Mr. Dixon was a very good sales rep. He answered and helped me with all my questions. I would recommend Darcars to anyone who’s looking to purchase a vehicle.

Review: They took good care servicing our car as well as cleaning it. They also discovered our car had a recall and took care of that for us too. They have a little waiting area in the back and can get a ride for you home if you live nearby (or a ride to the visitor’s center because they cannot go on base). We will definitely be return customers for our future needs. My only thing with them is I have had some trouble getting someone on the phone to talk to but their in person service as well as the work they do on cars is excellent.

Review: The staff here is very quick to dodge calls and avoid all contact with customers. There are several days where no matter when or how many times you call, the repair shop forwards you to a voicemail. Even when you do get someone on the line, they will tell you it will take a few more days and you will get a call back. After waiting the time, you will need to call back and get a status update and they will tell you that the parts never came in and you need to wait another week or so.4 weeks later and I am still missing my car. The absolute worst service.

Review: Do not get your car service nor to sent to the COLLISION CENTER. No accountability is taken: the collision center had my car sitting for two weeks without informing me prior that the mechanic was on vacation and it would delay the process. They don’t reach out to you for no UPDATE. The front desk receptionist at the collision center is very unknowledgeable and rude. The new collision center mana lacks knowledge. My car was worked sitting here for months waiting on parts. By the time I receive my car back it WAS NOT running. The detail that was paid for through my insurance wasn’t done. When addressed I was told “they attempted but my belongings was in the way”Mind you what’s a couple of kid toys n papers? a supplement was needed for my battery to be replace: why would I get a car without it running?. Mind you they told me they could “jump it”.I’m not taking no broken car home sir.Once the battery was replaced: they released my car BACK to me with the radio and front lights not working. (Radio screen blacked out) car was on below E fuel: MY CAR WAS RUNNING for days when it was stolen and bought here . My question is what mechanic don’t check electrical things first? After a car has been running for days.My car was given back to how it was bought in. I wasn’t pleased with this shop. To many excuses not enough accountability. Customer service isn’t their priority they are really just rushing cars in n out.Go to WALDORF or Lanham not here 😭

Review: My experience overall was a8. My car was vandalized on 3/21/2023. Kia was not able to take anymore (kia) soulsDue to this crisis of theft/ vandalism. I had to find a independent auto shop. The egnition needed to be replaced. The keys supplied did not unlock my doors or start my car. I had to come back to kia of temple hills to rectify the problem with no resolve of getting a key coded. Michael in service was a “Rock Star” in my opinion. He gave me a number to call to keyway”. Then John offered his assistance in finding out how this could happen. Akeem in service provided assistance as well showing me how the company receives the package for egnition replacement. All in all I called the Auto shop where my car was repaired “Moon’s, practically accused him of file play due to the information I was given by Kia. John stated that he would look into it further and give me a call by me leaving my contact information. I should not have to pay out of pocket if neither key with the kit provided did not unlock my car, or start it. This is a dealers responsibility. What was the purpose of the keys, and you can’t blame “Moon’s” they received the package from your Dealership. So no my overall experience was unprofitable. Kia knows what’s going on with this theft and vandalism but will not try to take initiative or responsibility for errors or mistakes. If it is that the company is over whelmedThen by all means regroup,Reorganize, and prioritize.I had to call “Lyft” to get me to the dealer because my key would not open my door. So how was I able to find out if the other key would even start my car.(2) keys no results. Back home in a “Lyft: heard staffMember say they were short on staff, I knew that I had to call 3 times . First call I got hung up on after holding for about 3 minutes. Then the 2nd call no one answered. Then 3rd call John answered ,all I wanted to know was ,if they were open due to the information on their website state” closed “,open on thur.
