Review: What can I say about Dr. AUTO, i needed front- rear Rotors and pads replaced on 2017 Ford Explorer. Oh yeah i brought my own parts which made the porcess even smoother. I found vincent online, First off AL, Vincent and Henrico these gentlemen are real genuine humble professionals. They took time to explain the process and cost, during the inspection they found a leaky caliper, which I also replaced. For me i believe the prices offered at this shop is fare compare to a dealership. The work took about 3-4 hours, which is more than acceptable. I would definitely use these guys again and don’t take my word give these gentlemen a chance.

Review: I have been coming to DR. AUTO REPAIR since 2020. Everyone is always professional, and the service is wonderful. Vince always explains and shows me exactly what’s wrong with my car. We come up with a plan to get the work done to make my care safe. Also, the cost is always affordable. I trust them and I’m always satisfied with the service. I’ve recommended a lot of people, and they are happy with their service received too.

Review: Vince is truly Heaven sent. I was on the verge of buying a new car because no one could fully address the issues I was experiencing with my 2015 Dodge Challenger (not even the Dodge dealership). Vince diagnosed the issue within seconds (I am not kidding). I also got my car back the SAME DAY! My car drives like it’s straight off the lot. Vince is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and has very good pricing. I can’t thank him enough!! Thanks to Vince I will continue life without a car note!!

Review: Believe the Hype ! I recently experienced a no start and was in the market for a starter replacement service. I called and received a very fair price for parts and labor . I had my car towed in and the tow guy was able to get a crank going and I was able to drive from the street into the lot . I explained my situation and was assured my components would be assessed and I would be contacted by the next day . I was given a business card and paper work completed. I instantly felt a sense of relief that I was in good hands. The next morning I got the call my car was ready and I did not require a starter. I was explained thoroughly regarding my issue of corroded wiring needing repair. He even advised me prior to arriving the payment methods available and fees for electronic payments.I am so thankful my car was assessed and repaired properly. I did leave my car , but upon pick up I check out in the office /waiting area . The area is not super spacious but it was very comfortable with AC running on these hot summer days . My car has mileage on it and this will for sure be my new team for any future repairs and maintenance. Customer Service goes a long way !

I’m a single woman with many bad experiences with auto mechanics, until the day I received that flyer on my car from Dr. Auto repair. Dr. Auto was the best decision I made to service my car here.
