Review: Got an oil change at Johnson’s Auto Service in Glenn Dale, MD on February 26. I left the car at the shop and walked around the corner to get some breakfast at Lambert’s. Before I finished eating, the oil change was done. Quick Service. Mr. Johnson was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Johnsons Auto Service.

Review: I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That’s the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.

Review: Update: Some yrs later and Johnson’s continues to be my primary care provider for our family’s vehicles. Prompt service, easy and efficient communication and trusted expertise are consistent each time.Original: Johnson’s Auto Service was recommended to me by my previous mechanic when he closed his business. Their card says “We Do It Right the First Time” and that’s been my experience thus far. Johnson’s expertise, communication and professionalism are top notch and they’ll be my new preferred automobile service shop for my family’s vehicles.

Review: I had a great experience at this auto shop. They were honest and seem to care about their customers. They gave me exactly what I needed and did not lie. I will continue to come hear and I suggest this place for anyone who wants honesty in a automotive repair shop. Scottie was very nice and professional. They also give you a cute gift bag. I left 100% satisfied.
