Review: Service all started because of an accident no fault of mine. Jayda was very pleasant with customer service. I was very upset because I had just lost my vehicle. I also had to come out of pocket for the rental. Weeks later I decided to purchas a vehicle from Enterprise because of the great experience I had. I had a great sales person Alana Hunt. She was very patient and kind with me and my daughter. She answered every question honestly. Thank you Alana vmfor your expertise.

Review: I bought two cars from them within 30 days of each other. I am not happy with the outcome. However, I did have to stay on top of them to repair a headlight issue with the first car and still didnt completely fix the issue but I let it go. The second car needed an intensive detail and they stepped to the plate to make sure it was taken care of BEFORE I bought the car, it was to help me make a decision to buy it or not. I appreciate that. BUT NOW the air-conditioning is not working properly. Bought a 3rd vehicle from them a charger and it was 1200 dollars to fix it. And I got well that’s your problem from the sales people. They didn’t say that but it is implied as they didn’t do anything about it. The warrenty they offered only covered 708 dollars also I went through hell cus the mechanic shops don’t want to use the third party warranties. So I don’t recommend enterprise unless you get a low mileage vehicle. Maybe something is the thirties or forties k miles

I’ll definitely be referring Enterprise Car Sales as I did when I made my initial purchase of 12 y/o. My sister has made 3 purchases and my parents 2 all thanks to enterprise.
