Review: My car needed a multitude of things completed. Brian ensured that my car was serviced well and that I was able to understand what services were being completed to my vehicle. He educated me to where I understood why my car was malfunctioning. Exemplary customer service is what I recieved from Brian. I certainly recommend this location to anyone whom is need of a reliable and honest business to repair their vehicle. Thanks Brian.

Review: I got a call 20 mins before my appointment to tell me my tires aren’t in stock. I explained that I live 45 mins away and was 10 mins from the store so please figure something out. They drove to another store to pick up my tires. Over 5 hours later they finally finished. I cancel the alignment because I wasn’t waiting another hour. To top it all off the wrong tires were put on my car. Not once did the manager speak with me or anyone apologize for the inconvenience.

Review: Terrific customer service!! Excellent Firestone Representative!!I recently had a less than acceptable experience with a different Firestone service center, but I wasn’t ready to give up on the company. As it turns out, my decision was the right one.Brian at the Firestone located at 2565 CRAIN HWY WALDORF, MD is providing the type of personalized care and treatment that used to be the norm. I watched him extend a friendly greeting to each customer as they entered, was able to hear how helpful and respectful he was when speaking with phone customers, and how patient and detailed he was with the associate he was training.Four days ago, I experienced a delay when my vehicle was being serviced. Brian explained the reason for the delay and because I had another vehicle in need of a diagnostic, he asked me to bring it in and he’d give me priority because of the inconvenience. Upon returning, my second vehicle was on the lift in less than 15 minutes of my unscheduled return.I recommend this location, you’ll feel like a valued customer.
