Review: As a new person to the area, this was shaping up to be my go to repair shop, but my last experience wasn’t that great. My emissions inspection was coming up and I had a “check emissions” light on. I also had a secondary light on as well. I brought it to Goss so they could check it out. They make you write down your issue and what you need done… so I did that. I wrote that there were 2 lights on that I needed them off because I needed to pass my emissions inspection. Long story short, I spent $700 and picked up my car a few days later. I will admit the lights were off when I got in the car… but as soon as I pulled out of the driveway, the lights came back on (in under 5 minutes) Really?! It makes me wonder if they really checked my car after making the repair. It also makes me question the workmanship. When I called back to tell them about it, they said for another $70-$270 (diagnostic fee), they could dig a little deeper and see what else they can find. I wrote down what I needed done and as soon as I left the establishment, the issue wasn’t resolved. It sucks to have to look around for a repair shop again, but I think I’m gonna take my business elsewhere.
