Review: Fast and easy oil change, they always have my vehicle info on file and the staff is always friendly. Free coffee, indoor and outdoor waiting areas . Of course the cost has gone up like everything else, I might shop around for a better deal. Lastly, the next day I noticed hand prints on my paint near the door handles and hood area…I take good care of my vehicle and I’m certain this was from the staff. Not a big deal but they should do better, gloves would be a good idea.

Review: I believe that the attendant’s name was Rick. He was very pleasant and engaging. Even showed me how to find that online coupon. I was pleasantly surprised that they drove my car to the service bay and I was able to relax outside while the service was being done. Maybe I went there on a slow day but I was in & out in under 30 minutes. My car did have a slight odor of cigarettes smoke when I got back in. The person did roll the windows down to get rid of the smell. Perhaps it was the person who did the interior vacuum etc. Maybe they just got back from a smoke break. Smell was gone in a few minutes but it was a bit unpleasant at first. The interior cleaning? I have had it better at other locations. I was not expecting my car to be detailed BUT other locations did do a better job with that part. Overall I was very pleased with the service. I will be back for my next oil change service

Review: As always Above and Beyond made me and both my little dogs feel welcome and at home. They were in need of vaccinations and care from an earlier large dog attach. They had been seen at am Emergency Vet Hospital and needed staples removed. Wonderful care wonderful people.

Review: I skipped a bunch of other Jiffy Lubes to hit up this specific one. My main gripe, which probably isn’t their fault, is the price tag for all the services. Took my 2020 Honda Accord in this week and got an oil change, tire rotation, and both air and cabin filters changed. The bill? A whopping $250. These are basic services, but wow, that’s pricey.On the bright side, the customer service was top-notch, and everyone was super friendly. I’d give them five stars for that, but the steep prices knock it down to four. That’s just my reality and experience.

Review: It took the guy changing my oil 11 minutes and 11 seconds to change the oil. The people inside during the work on my truck did a phenomenal job. It took longer to check me out. The person that checked me out, made me stand at the counter and wait for over 15 minutes while he did whatever he was doing who knows.
