Review: Anthony provided exceptional service when I had to bring my car in on two separate occasions. He personally checked the brakes and rotors, and made sure they received top notch attention. On the next day my tire went out and I texted him. Within seconds he checked on me to make sure I was safe and as soon as the vehicle arrived he was ready. Got me in and out and washed the car. Anthony is truly a professional and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. This left a positive impression for me on the service department and this dealership. Review: Bought a q50 from them a little under a year ago. Interior is beautiful. Customer service is top notch. Came in today to get my car serviced, and it was returned cleaner than when I had left it. Literally. They washed the body and wheels. Saved $20 bucks on a car wash.

Review: Dropped off my vehicle for service and my center caps were stolen. The service manager Sean Peria could’ve handle this on his level but he didn’t. I contacted corporate and bevy is the better business bureau. If it weren’t for the fact that I had to leave a star, I wouldn’t have left any.

Review: I had a wonderful experience with Dana and Victoria! Dana took me out for a test drive and sat with me in the car while I reasoned out the pros and cons. Victoria explained e all the forms and was fast helping me to work through them. Both were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
