Review: Charnett is an excellent service advisor. She assisted me with an issue that I was having due to a 3rd party auto shop failing to correctly diagnose the issue w/my vehicle. She was very attentive and ensured that the issue was addressed properly. She contacted me every step of the way to explain in detail what steps needed to be taken prior to the repair being performed. Her attentiveness made me feel comfortable in knowing that my vehicle would get the best care.

Review: Jose was outstanding. He was very professional, polite and carefully addressed all of our questions. I’ve already recommended F.H. Furr and Jose to some people. Exceptional service is hard to find, and Jose is a sure blessing.

Review: We brought our older infinity in to have it totally checked out to be safe for a first time driver. We get a $4k list back. We pay it, and get our super safe car back. A few days later we hear squealing on startup. We couldn’t get the car back to the dealer for a few months, but the car was only driven for two weeks!! When we do take it back we now have belts that are ” aged and worn, requiring immediate attention”. I do not understand how two weeks of driving can take the car from all checked out to Aged and Worn. This means they put my son in danger telling us we were all checked out in the first place!! It’s bad enough the car wasn’t inspected properly the first time, but the fact that no one in service will take responsibility for it is horrible. The fix is to insult the customers intelligence on the phone, and then offer a discount on more service via text message as opposed to the phone call that was promised. This is a use it if you have to, not because you want to Service Center.
