Review: I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years, but one bad experience is enough for me to never return. I went in for an oil change and I told the manager one of the lights on the dashboard was on and I wanted help with that. Everything was good so far, but I very clearly told the manager I needed to be at work at 9 AM and asked how long it would take. He said no worries, I would be out before then. The problem was that I was not out by the time promised and consequently I was late to work. When I finally get my car back, the oil light had not been reset and they didn’t give me a new sticker either, so I wait for over an hour and a half and the simplest things weren’t done. When I went to check on my car, the mechanic was smoking and I asked him who was working on my car and he said he was waiting on the part. While, I completely understand these things take time, I don’t like for my time to not be respected. When the manager realized it was going to take some time longer to do what was needed that’s when he should have told me and I would have been happy to come back at another time. However, that’s not what happened and I am extremely disappointed that I started my day off wrong and then add on to I’m already late and realize they didn’t reset my oil light or put a new sticker in, and the girl at the front didn’t even want to charge me right at that moment. She wanted me to wait for my car to be done and then be charged like I wasn’t already late and trying to save some time. Whole experience just left a bad taste and I will not be coming back to Jiffy Lube.
