Review: I had a very positive experience with Mr. Tire at the mall. I used to go to a different tire place, I won’t mention any names, and for the first time, they wouldn’t even give me a contact persons name to receive my tires I purchased from Tire Rack. So I took a chance with Mr. Tire and I’m glad I did. Not only were they less expensive, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. It took time to do the work because my truck wasn’t the only one they were working on, but they worked as quickly as they could and my truck drove smoothly with no issues. I am happy to have her back on the road. Also, I’ll be going to Mr. Tire from now on to have my tires installed. They did great work.

Review: This place is a joke! Check all the negative reviews before you go there. I brought my car here on 07/03/2024 from out of state for an inspection prior to registering it in Maryland. They charged me the regular inspection fee plus $30, supposedly to remove the tint from the windows to comply with state requirements.Later, they told me the extra fee was actually for them to “check if the windows were tinted” and that I needed to pay $160 more to remove the tint (on top of the inspection fee and the $30 to “check the windows”). The mechanic said shops nearby charge around $200 for the same service, and I’d have to pay for a re-inspection if I took the car elsewhere to remove the tint. This is a ripoff. I checked two nearby shops, and they charged $120 for the same service, but I’d still have to pay for a new inspection if I didn’t use Mr. Tire Auto Service. They could have offered the tint removal service before the inspection or at least not charged for an unnecessary check. DO NOT trust this place. I also overheard the mechanic scolding the guy at the front desk because he mistakenly said that the $30 fee was to remove the tinted windows. But the mechanic was in fact the person overcharging for a service that didn’t make sense since I was already paying for the whole inspection. The guy at the front desk seemed sorry for the situation, but he couldn’t do anything because the rude mechanics didn’t care about it

Review: Had a screw in the bottom of my tire on a Sunday. Not the tire wall. The only place open in the area was Mr. Tire. My wife and I went to drop the car off to get a patch.Got there to an empty lobby. After standing there for 10 minutes, another customer walked in. I called the store number and heard the phone ring and someone answered it. Asked if he could put me on hold. I said sure. 3 minutes go by. I hang up. Then I hear the toilet flush and a guy comes out of the bathroom with the phone. I get it, people gotta go. Leave a note or bell or something. Then we asked if they could do a patch. He said no because the technician who had the tools to do patches wasn’t here today.Seriously? I would expect the store that sells and fixed tires to have everyone trained on how to do a simple patch and have dozens of sets of tools. The lady behind me had the same issue. We both left and drove ~10 minutes north to another Mr. Tire where they said they were absolutely swamped with patch requests but could take us! I’m guessing they were swamped because the other location couldn’t fix them.

Review: I was a walk-in. Within 15-20 minutes, my vehicle was pulled in the bay to be serviced. It took roughly 1 hour, including wait time for my vehicle. You can’t beat that. Plus, all of the employees were friendly. I highly recommend the Waldorf, Mr. Tire location. Or should I say, MY Mr. Tire. 😊

Review: If I could give them zero stars, I would. I waited for four hours waiting for my car to get looked at. Malik acted like he didn’t want to be there or give any customer service. They don’t know how to communicate. They tell you anything to get you to leave. They were supposed to call me and let me know if a part was coming in on their morning truck and never called. I had to call them days later just to be told they don’t know what I’m talking about and I need to speak to a manager the following day when they come back in. I don’t understand how they do these inspections but then when you ask what exactly you needed to get done on your vehicle, they can’t pull up notes by your name. The lack of care is LOUD. They’re very unorganized. Even while I was waiting for my car to serviced, I could hear them making calls to people, about the wrong car, several times. As if they don’t know whose car belongs to who. The only reason I came to this location is because the Mr. Tire I usually frequent was extremely busy. I will never come to this location ever again! They must only treat certain people really well because the service I received and the reviews I read before going have a night and day difference.
