Review: Recently had an object stuck in my tire and took my car in right-a-way and was provided with exceptional customer service by Service Manager, Stephanie Sandoval and the service team at Passport. They reviewed my problem and shared the estimated time of repair but also offered many amenities such as hot breakfast, transportation to and from my residence as they disclosed I could wait for my vehicle. I came in on short notice and they took care of my vehicle immediately was a vwey pleasant experience. I have been a customer of Passport BMW for about three years and I am highly impressed with their overall customer service in addition to the thorough review of my vehicle every time my car is serviced to ensure it’s overall performance and safety stay high.

Review: Excellent experience. I loved the video of the inspection. It was awesome to see my truck underneath with all the things pointed out and mentioned on the video. We were given the opportunity to get some work done now and a few things done later. I loved the experience and am aware of what we have to do moving forward with my truck. Thanks Passport BMW!!!

Review: These guys are great! After a horrible experience earlier this week at BMW Alexandria Service where I waited 4 hours for an oil change and my car was never seen I was able to schedule an appt for Wednesday at Passport and the service was great. Advisor checked in with me to let me know my vehicle was complete and then recommended I have the rear brake pads replaced. Went ahead and got the brakes replaced and was still done in 3 hours total time. Will make sure to come back here for all my service needs for my vehicle! Stephanie S. was my service advisor and gave great customer service.

Review: Upon arrival at Passport BMW, I was promptly greeted and escorted to the service advisors . I selected Mr. Jenkins because he came highly recommended. Mr. Jenkins walked me through the process, provided car updates via text, and provided a courtesy meal from the cafe. He did not disappoint! 🙂 The facility was clean and well-maintained. The charging station for electronics was great! It gave me an opportunity to work while waiting on my car to get serviced. All in all from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone that I encountered was very friendly and professional.
