Review: Great customer service. Love how they take pictures to show the inspection process. The waiting area is nice w TV and snacks. Love that they offer complimentary car wash and vac.The only problem is that they under estimated the amount of time the service would take…took 3 hours instead of 2 hours.

Review: All I can say is I am beyond grateful and appreciative for Nathan . This was my first time getting a car on my own and I was so completely lost ;a real fish out of water . I didn’t even know how to insure the car . Nathan walked me through every step of the way literally. He is so wonderful and such an asset to this company . He made sure to answer all my questions . Nathan also gave me such an in depth walk through of the car and its features . If you are interested in purchasing a car please ask for Nathan he will give you the best service possible.

Review: I tried scheduling with another Mazda service place near me, but the phone calls just to ask questions and schedule for the service need were super frustrating. It all seemed maybe harder than it needed to be. So, I decided to try a different Mazda–you guys! 😉 I’m happy I did. Thanwa was knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk to when scheduling a service need. Good customer service makes all the difference! So, thank you for that. 🙂 I am now hopeful for a great experience getting the repair done in a couple of weeks.

Review: The level of service has ALWAYS been outstanding by all definitions of the word. I have purchased at least 5 cars over the years and the entire dealership has been consistent in sales and service. The dealership knows what customer satisfaction is as they deliver the best. A BIG plus to the service technicians as they make things happen. If you have never been to the dealership you are missing out big time. Keep rolling! GB

Review: It was a great experience. The Yong lady was well mannered. I was in a time framed, and she assured me that my car was going to be ready on time..and yes it was ready like 10 minutes before the time predicted.. I will be using this place as long as I have a mazda. Thank you..
