Review: My husband and I bought a bad car a few days before visiting Nissan. We were both extremely upset that our car wasn’t working and we spent a lot of money on it. After speaking with Ali (from Nissan Marlow Heights)- he convinced us to come into their office to look at a NEW 2024 Nissan Sentra! We were able to get approved and drive off the lot the same day! Ali was compassionate and empathetic to our situation and really took his time to make sure that we found a car that worked for us!! He’s literally the BEST car salesman in the world!!! Thank you so much Ali!

Review: Alright this will be a little long…I went to Passport to buy a specific vehicle. I worked with Ali and he was great. We got everything worked up with Leigh and I took delivery of the vehicle. It had an issue. I brought the vehicle back – Ali and Leigh worked with me and got me a rental. Everything was good.Got the car back. Issue was still there. They made another attempt to fix the problem but issue remained.Leigh offered for them to take the vehicle back because of the issue. He understood that too much back and forth would be a headache for both me and them. Not every dealership would work with a client and offer this. They wanted to do the right thing for the client and for that I am grateful. While yes, the car didn’t work out – Ali, Leigh and Passport were still a pleasure to work with and I whole heartedly recommend buying from them.

Review: The staff attempted to bully me into buying a car.Came in due to car trouble and after finding out it was a faulty transmission I wanted to see what I could get if I traded in my car. I told a staff member I was looking for a used car that was around $3,000 after trading in my car (expecting to see older used cars). They started showing me $25,000 lightly used (less than 5,000 miles) cars misinterpreting what I said to mean $30,000. After clarifying what I meant, they guffawed and asked why I expected to find that there and why I wouldn’t finance. I then asked the staff member what the cheapest car was and they showed me a lightly used Versa for $2,000 over MSRP and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I told them I won’t look at it until I know the monthly payment and he said we had to go through all the financing steps before he could do that. During this process he did the typical dealer methods of hurrying through the price paperwork, slowing down at the great warranty, and trying to bond with stories that had nothing to do with the car. [If you read this: No, you do not have what it takes to be a 911 operator after your childish behavior today that is apparent.] I saw the monthly payment which was right at my budget so I then went to look at the car. For the price, it was not worth it (way less features than my old car for 4x the price, just newer) so I decided I wouldn’t be purchasing it kinda like how people buy literally anything. The staff member then becomes hostile crossing their arms and saying things like “what do you mean”, “you picked this car”, yelling “that’s wild man”, and “you wasted my time”. Basically trying to guilt trip me into making a poor financial decision like I owe him for doing 30 minutes of his job (there were way less customers than staff and none came after me so I wasn’t keeping him from any other profits by the way) when most of my day was wasted dealing with this car issue. I wanted more than anything to walk out with a new car and forget my troubles but it was just that bad of a deal and rushed. I shouldn’t be forced into pulling the trigger on a 20,000 loan in a day, It should be fine to check other options. After his continued persistence I just walked away because it was getting no where, paid the inspection fee, and went to get my car back. He was waiting there to continue to harass me while looking like he wanted to fight (probably would have if I hadn’t remained professional), he ended the interaction by saying “don’t come back here or talk to me”. I feel bad for all the people he’s likely tricked into buying cars with shaming and bullying. It’s bad enough having to deal with all the other dealer tricks.

Review: I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation but ended up having to leave my vehicle for repairs on my leaking struts. I love the inspection video provided by Kenneth. It was very detailed and thorough and explained to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle while repairs were being done and Angie kept me updated regularly on the progress which was greatly appreciated. Angie is always very nice, helpful and provides excellent customer service. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that my car was returned unwashed and not vacuumed. But I understand that is a courtesy and not an included service so no big deal. Overall the service was great as usual. Thank you all.
